I definitely share this sentiment re: live shows—I'll shift my other life plans to see a live act I truly give a damn about. I saw Depeche Mode this year too, for the first time ever, and they were even better than I'd thought they'd be. Dave & Martin still sound amazing, and you'll rarely find a better dance party than a DM show. :-)
