I’d never watched much interview footage of the Beatles, but after starting the Get Back docuseries tonight, it seems like your description of George is pretty accurate. Gotta appreciate a person who’s all to themselves, even when they’re collaborating. My fave George song might be “I Me Mine,” just for the off-kilter sense of drama in it.
