Thanks for this! It’s great to hear that people are flexible with this approach to eating. I started the 16/8 schedule recently, because I’d noticed (as a few other people have mentioned in the comments) that I didn’t typically eat breakfast, and my dinners usually happened pretty early in the evenings. It just fit. It’s a struggle to resist impulses, but restricting my window for eating also prompted me to restrict the actual things I’m eating — so I’m less likely to grab a soda instead of refilling my water bottle. :)
